This likely goes without saying, but better to be upfront with sales tips than to assume that everyone knows the ins and outs of working with exclusive life insurance leads. The most important thing you can possibly do it to know your products. Not just kind of have an idea of what you sell, but know them, inside and out, and be able to explain what you have without searching for an answer if asked a question. If you know your products and can offer an immediate answer, you have just earned a measure of respect from your clients.
This isn’t to say you may not run across one of “those” questions; one you have not heard before. And if you do, just indicate you will research the question right away and find answers for them. Good customer service and knowing your products goes a long way these days. Try it. It will pay off for you.
