Starting as a part-time employee, Jen quickly demonstrated her ability to adapt and excel across various roles. Her deep understanding of the company’s operations, combined with hands-on experience in marketing and lead generation, laid the foundation for her rapid progression.

As the Manager of Customer Service, Jen built and led a high-performing team that focused on enhancing client relationships and driving customer retention. Her leadership played a key role in transitioning Benepath from a sales-driven servicing model to a dedicated customer success team.
