  Q. How are these leads different from other leads?
  A. While other lead brokers sell their leads as much as 5 times the first day and then again 30 days later at a lower cost, we do not!! They are never resold, they’re exclusive to you!!
  Q.How do you get the leads/clients?
  A. We generate the vast majority of our leads through the search engines.
  Q. What does search engine generated mean?
  A. The vast majority of your prospects are people that sought out insurance through a search on google, yahoo, etc. You will not get a client who input his information on an annoying pop up ad offering a free Ipod or things of that nature.

  Q. What’s a bad lead?
  A. If someone makes a mistake inputting their information you can end up with a wrong or disconnected phone number, even a wrong name, this would be considered a bad lead.

  A. Returning leads a simple, no-hassle process. If you get an invalid lead, you can return it to returns@benepath.net within 30 days if it meets any of the following conditions: a) all phone numbers provided are disconnected or fax and a correct number cannot be easily found through whitepages.com or directory assistance, b) the lead is a duplicate already received from Benepath, or the contact information is obviously incorrect upon initial inspection (Mickey Mouse – although we have got real leads from people who have the same names as some famous movie stars – but I’m pretty sure Mickey isn’t a lead…)
  Q. How do you confirm that a lead is bad?
  A. We make a simple check on the lead (we call the lead ourselves, check whitepages.com etc) and then note our system to provide you with a credit for that lead.
  Q. What if someone is not eligible for health insurance, is that a bad lead?
  A. If you purchase one of our health filters, of course its returnable.
  Q. What kind of a contact rate should I get with my leads?
  A. If you follow the recommended contact practices you get when you sign up, you should contact over 50% of your leads. In our own tests, the agents who used this best practice contacted 67% of their leads on a regular basis – and this included bad leads – 8.2% of our leads. So, if we only counted their “good leads” the actual contact rate was 72.9%.
  Q. How much do I have to pay up front to get started?
  A. We charge a deposit for your first week's estimated leads. Then we bill you one week at a time.
  Q. What kind of an agreement will we have?
  A. Before we start sending you leads, we have a simple agreement that outlines which program . you joined, the cancellation policy, and the like.

  A. You can at any time after the first four weeks by simply providing us with two weeks notice.
  Q. How many leads can you provide me each month?
  A. That depends on the territories you select. When you call, we will help you match your desired lead flow with the territories. We then provide you with our estimate on the number of leads you will receive as well as with a maximum number you will pay for.
  Q. Why can’t I turn my leads on and off except for days off or vacations in advance?
  A. To maintain the highest quality with the way our system works, its just not possible to turn all the pay per click programs off at a moments notice. More importantly, since these leads are truly exclusive, the need to call your leads in real time is substantially less than with shared leads where you literally are racing for the phone to beat everyone else.
