People are tense, in a hurry, short tempered, lacking in manners and service is a faint memory in many people’s minds. Bring “personal” back to the service aspect of your sales efforts. Go out of your way to provide information, answer questions, work with a potential customer to price out an attractive policy that would work for them, and remember to add another personal touch – a personal handwritten note from you, thanking them for their time and consideration, and offering to be of service for anything that may arise as you work together. That personal note will set you apart from the competition.
